Other on-site facilities will
include 24 hour security, intercom
system, childrens play ground
SHUTTLE SERVICE
There will be one minibus for the
Pine Valley 1 and Pine Valley 2
sites which will be purchased in the
name of the complex management.
Running costs will be met by the
complex management and service will
be given only to the Members of the
complex.
ROAD ACCESS
A permanent road, to replace the
temporary one in existence now, will
be made between complex and Sogucak
village once building work is
completed.
SHOPS & CAFETERIA ON COMPLEX
There is one shop and one cafeteria
in Pine Valley 2 project.
